Privacy Policy

This policy explains how iSofer ("we") handles personal data collected through isofer.io. iSofer is responsible for that data.

• Contact form: your name, company, work email, role and your message.
• Hire in Cyprus form: your name, work email, company, company website, the roles you are hiring for, the number of hires, your timeline and any message.
• Analytics, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected by Google Analytics and HubSpot.

We use form details to reply to you, to discuss your needs and, for Hire in Cyprus enquiries, to introduce you to our recruitment partner. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. If you accepted cookies, HubSpot links the pages you visited to the enquiry you submit. We do not sell personal data.

• Enquiries and introductions: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
• Analytics cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

• HubSpot stores form submissions for us and, if you accept cookies, provides analytics. It acts as our processor.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
• Google provides Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
• Our Cyprus recruitment partner, a licensed employment agency, receives Hire in Cyprus enquiries only so that we can introduce you. It then handles your data under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, they use safeguards recognised under data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

On your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking load only after you click Accept. If you click Reject, or make no choice, they do not load. We remember your choice in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page. If you change to Reject after accepting, tracking stops from your next page load.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for any work that follows, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent to cookies. Email contact@isofer.io and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority: in the EU, the authority in your country; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority.

We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
