Do we need a company in Cyprus?+
No. Our partner can employ engineers on your behalf, or run payroll for your own Cyprus company if you have one. Check with your tax advisor how this applies to your company.
Who employs the engineer?+
Our recruitment partner, a licensed employment agency in Cyprus, can be the employer: it signs the employment contract and runs payroll. If you have your own Cyprus company, the partner can recruit for it and run its payroll instead.
How long does hiring take?+
It depends on the role. We'll give you a realistic estimate on the first call.
