Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
Cloud infrastructure that stays reliable, secure and cost-efficient
Senior engineers who design, build and improve your cloud platform with your team: cloud engineering, DevOps, MLOps, SecOps and FinOps on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
What we do
Cloud engineering
Architecture and infrastructure that fit your product, your team and your budget.
- Cloud architecture on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure
- Migrations between clouds or from on-premises
- Landing zones and account structure
- Infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Kubernetes on any cloud
DevOps
A path to production your team can trust and repeat.
- CI/CD pipelines
- Release automation
- Kubernetes and containers
- Observability: logs, metrics and tracing
- Incident readiness: runbooks and alerts
MLOps
Getting models and LLM features into production, and keeping them healthy.
- Pipelines to train, deploy and monitor models
- GPU and inference infrastructure
- Deploying LLM applications
SecOps (DevSecOps & cloud security)
Security built into the platform and the pipeline, not bolted on.
- Cloud security posture reviews
- Secrets management and identity (IAM)
- Compliance groundwork for SOC 2 and GDPR
- Security checks in CI/CD
FinOps
Cloud spend you can see, explain and control.
- Cost visibility and tagging
- Rightsizing
- Commitment planning: savings plans and reservations
- Cost alerts owned by teams
Ways to work with us
Fixed-scope project
A defined piece of work with a clear outcome: a migration, a platform setup or a cloud audit.
Part-time DevOps or platform lead
A senior DevOps or platform lead, or a cloud architect, a few days a week, owning the roadmap with your team.
Ongoing support
Continued improvements, upgrades and reviews after a project, so the platform keeps up with your product.
Experience
- Our team includes engineers who led cloud-native teams at JFrog, on Artifactory.
- Deep, hands-on AWS experience across production systems.
- A Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect on the team.
Cloud infrastructure: common questions
Do you work with our existing cloud provider?+
Yes. We work on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, and with Kubernetes on any of them. We start from what you run today rather than pushing a migration.
What does ongoing support include?+
Planned work after a project: improvements, upgrades, reviews and help for your team. It does not include on-call or out-of-hours incident cover.
Do you work alongside our in-house team?+
Yes. We work in your repositories, tools and channels, and leave documentation and automation your team can run without us.
How does a FinOps review start?+
With a look at your current cloud bill and architecture. We map where the spend goes, then agree with you which savings to go after first.
